Of course, if clients require customized new product solutions and structural solutions (IDs), we also have a professional team to provide support.
Product testing includes Design Quality Assurance (DQA) testing and laboratory certification. DQA testing will perform electrical performance testing, functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing on each batch of samples to ensure design quality and compliance with mass production testing standards. External laboratory testing is mainly used for compliance certification to meet legal and regulatory requirements, typically including RoHS, FCC, CE, UL, PACRB, etc. Geyuan Electronics has extensive certification experience; whether Geyuan Electronics assists clients with certification or we can help clients complete certification, we can provide professional support.

We will contact the client via email within 4 hours to clarify any requirements and provide guidance on the next steps of cooperation.
Once the project starts, our project manager will be responsible for communicating with the client. Clients can contact the project manager via email to make any requests. For complex situations, we can communicate with clients at any time via phone or video. Depending on the client's needs, we can arrange weekly or bi-weekly phone and video conferences to maintain regular communication and keep track of project progress.
We offer customization services for plastic and metal structural components using various processing techniques, including injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining. Typically, we first create a prototype to confirm the appearance before developing the mold. If you are customizing based on existing Geyuan Electronics products, we will make minor modifications to the mold to complete the delivery.
We understand that the first version sample is crucial for the client. We will provide the first version sample as soon as possible to help the client initiate internal validation. Based on the customized design of our standard products, we will deliver the first version sample within approximately 2-6 weeks, ensuring the sample is fully functional. While the customer receives samples for verification, we will continue with further testing and verification.
We understand that customer needs may change during product verification. As long as the basic functionality of the product remains largely unchanged, we support design modifications and re-prototyping for verification. However, if the product definition undergoes a fundamental change, we recommend initiating a new customization project, which means a new quote and assessment of delivery time.
