If you find any defects after receiving the PCB, or are dissatisfied with our products or services in any way, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will reply within 24 hours. We will serve you wholeheartedly until you are completely satisfied. In case of quality issues, we will repair or remake your PCB; or, we will provide a full refund without requiring you to return the defective PCB. You can also choose to deposit the refund into your Geyuan Electronics account for future orders.

At Geyuan Electronics, you can request a quote via the traditional method by sending an email to [email protected]. Our service personnel will respond within 24 hours. Please be sure to attach your Gerber file and all other necessary PCB quotation documents to your email.
Due to the complexity of determining the PCB manufacturing cycle, our policy is: the cycle begins immediately after we receive your Gerber files and all other necessary documents, and after you have reviewed and confirmed them. We will begin manufacturing immediately after all reviews and confirmations are completed.
Yes. However, we also supply leaded PCB.
Paneling is required when your PCB size is less than 50mm x 100mm, or when the PCB shape is any shape other than rectangular (circular or irregular). Your PCBs must be panelized in an array for production. You can pre-panel yourself, or we can panelize them for you. If you choose the latter, we will send you the panelization files for confirmation before production begins. Panelization is essential if your PCBs will be assembled using surface mount technology (SMT) machines.
If the gap between the circuit board edge and the copper foil is less than 3.5 mm (138 mils), or if the circuit board needs to be panelized for some reason, separation rails (separation tabs) must be added to the two longer parallel edges of the circuit board to ensure that the circuit board can be assembled by the SMT machine.
Yes, but we do this based on the assumption that the new shipping method will be faster than the courier method you previously selected, and the package will arrive at your address sooner. Everything we do is to ensure you get the best ordering experience at Geyuan Electronics.
This happens occasionally, but is very rare. If this happens, please contact the courier company for the latest delivery time. While we are not legally liable for delays, we will still track the logistics information or call the courier company for updates. In the worst-case scenario, we will remake the PCB board for you and resend it. For additional courier costs, we will negotiate compensation with the courier company.
Geyuan Electronics manufactures your PCB at its factory in Shenzhen, China, and ships the products to your country via international shipping. Due to varying customs policies in different countries, some customs authorities may levy tariffs on imported PCB. If this occurs, you will be responsible for paying the tariffs. In many countries, tariffs may be exempted or waived.
We have the capability to manufacture most PCB for our customers.
