Intelligent Servo Drive Board

Geyuan Electronics’ intelligent servo drive board uses a digital signal processor (DSP) as its control core, incorporating motion control algorithms, PLC algorithms, and servo control algorithms. The power supply board converts AC to DC through a bridge rectifier circuit, then drives a three-phase synchronous AC servo motor via a three-phase sinusoidal PWM inverter. The drive board, with the DSP at its core, is responsible for signal acquisition, AD conversion, signal monitoring, data processing, and data output. Communication, PLC, PWM pulse width modulation, AD conversion, and pulse input acquisition functions are implemented through the kernel program scheduling tasks at different levels. In a servo control system, the servo drive board is like the brain, and the actuator motors are like the hands and feet.
